Refund & Return Policy

At NoseyBones Barkery, every treat is handcrafted with care—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds, returns, and customer satisfaction:

❌ Perishable Items (Dog Treats & Baked Goods)

Because our treats are made fresh in small batches and are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any edible items.

If there’s an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item—please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our Boo-Berry treats are currently not available for shipping due to their yogurt icing, which may melt in transit. We’re exploring a pup-safe, shelf-stable option to make them available for online orders in the future.

Our My Mama’s Almost Famous Pistachio Bread is also only available at in-person markets and is not available for shipping at this time.

💌 How to Report a Problem

Email us at NoseyBonesShop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order date and number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo if the item arrived damaged

 

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

If we begin offering non-perishable goods (like merchandise or accessories), return eligibility and details will be added here.

📦 Farmers Market Sales

All purchases made in-person at markets or festivals are final sale due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products. If there’s ever a concern, please reach out—we’re always happy to help.
